Moyses Brookes (c.1599 - 1661)
Moses may have been baptised in West Tarring, Sussex, 22 July 1599, the son of Thomas Brookes and Mary Smyth, who were married there 8 February 1597. Moses married Denise Towne in Shipley 23 June 1622. They had one child, Edward, baptised 5 February 1626. Denise died two weeks later and was buried 20 February.
Elizabeth Carver (c.1603 - 1662)
Elizabeth may have been baptised in Cuckfield, Sussex, 20 November 1603, the daughter of Nynyan Tamsson or Carver.
They were married in Shipley 25 September 1628. Moyses died in 1661 and was buried in Shipley 5 May. Elizabeth died there a year later and was buried 18 July 1662.

Moses was baptised in Shipley 15 September 1633.
Elisabeth Doust (1635 - 1670)
Elisabeth (Dows) was baptised in Shipley 28 June 1635, the daughter of Richard Dowse and Joanna Prentice.
They were married in Shipley 27 September 1654. Elizabeth died in 1670 and was buried in Shipley 31 March. Moses died there in 1682 and was buried 28 March.

Moses Brooks was baptised 27 April 1655. He married Elizabeth Maskall in Shipley 25 February 1676. Their children were Edward (1677), Elizabeth (1681), Moses (1690) and Nathaniel (1696).
Richard Brookes was baptised 15 June 1657 and died 7 months later. He was buried 10 February 1658.
Mary Brookes was baptised 6 April 1662. She died unmarried in 1680 and was buried in Shipley 10 February.
Joan Brooks was baptised 20 January 1667.
Jane Brookes was baptised 20 January 1667. She married Robert Kensett.
